This site and the online store C.S.R Originals (hereinafter as “we”) is solely owned and operated by me, Chelsea Rausch, and I understand that privacy is important. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to all online services offered by C.S.R Originals. This Policy does not necessarily reflect C.S.R Originals offline policies.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it


When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.


If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

Visitors may use the contact form on the “Connect Online” page to contact C.S.R Originals. This form collects the users name, email, website (if applicable) and the users message. We keep contact form submissions for customer service purposes only. We do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes. If you correspond with us by email, we may retain the content of your email messages, your email address and our responses.


If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Who we share your data with

WordPress and their Plugins

We currently only share your information entered on this site to the plugin services provided by WordPress, which includes Jetpack and Askimet Anti-Spam.

When you comment on this site, Akismet Anti-Spam is used to track comments and prevent spam. The information collected includes the commenter’s IP address, user agent, referrer, along with other information directly provided by the commenter such as their name, username, email address, and the comment itself.

Jetpack is a service provided by the website host ( to help connect this site to other WordPress services.

Social Media

C.S.R Originals as well as the content from this site may be accessible through social media applications like Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, Twitter, or Google Plus. We use features associated with social media, such as the Facebook Like button and “share this” button. Your interactions with any social media platform are governed by the privacy policies of the companies providing them.

Except as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy, we will not disclose personal information to any third party unless required to do so by law or subpoena or if we believe that such action is necessary to (a) conform to the law, comply with legal process served on us or our affiliates, or investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities; (b) to take precautions against liability, to investigate and defend ourselves against any third-party claims or allegations; (c) to assist government enforcement agencies, or to protect the security or integrity of our site; and (d) to exercise or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of C.S.R Originals, our users or others.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

How we protect your data

We take your data privacy very seriously which is why this site requires two factor authentication for all logins, including admins, as well as keeping plugins limited to avoid sharing information with third parties. All passwords are changed on a regular basis and the site is monitored daily for suspicious behavior. We do not share information with advertisers or marketing companies. Users data is only shared with WordPress, the host for this site, and their plugins.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We may update this policy at any time.  We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by placing a prominent notice on our website. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
